FCHR seeks a dynamic individual to serve as an OPS Staff Assistant. The successful candidate will have experience performing clerical duties in a customer service role. The candidate should be able to communicate politely and professionally both over the phone and in writing while handling a large number of incoming calls and email communications. The candidate should have experience using Outlook, Word, and Adobe, and it is expected that the candidate will be able to quickly learn and adapt to new data entry programs.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Knowledge of basic office procedures, phone, and email etiquette.
- Skilled in utilizing techniques of active listening
- Ability to analyze information and determine its validity.
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Familiar with Excel, Microsoft word, Outlook
- Ability to maintain strict confidentially.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Preference will be given to those individuals who have experience working in a confidential environment, answering a high volume of calls and emails, as well as those individuals who are bilingual.
