Dianne Goldenberg is vice president of strategy and service lines for Tenet. In this role, Dianne is responsible for working collaboratively with all hospital groups across Tenet to develop new growth strategies and enhance service line offerings.

Dianne’s distinguished career as a healthcare executive spans more than 35 years. Most recently, she served as CEO of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center (PBGMC) in Florida, a 199-bed acute care hospital. Under her leadership, PBGMC implemented a structural heart program, making the hospital a cardiac medical destination. She also oversaw the opening of a senior care emergency room and the expansion of operating rooms. Previously, she served as CEO at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center and North Ridge Medical Center, also in Florida. Prior to her CEO roles, Dianne utilized her clinical background as a chief nursing officer.

Dianne earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas Women’s University, a master’s degree in nursing from Barry University, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
