Jose Vicente Biography

Jose Vicente is a veteran law enforcement professional. His expertise includes over 28 years of experience as a member of the City of Orlando Police Department. He is certified as an instructor by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and has been instructing in the areas of Interview and Interrogations, Background Investigations, Firearms, Defensive Tactics and Instructor Techniques since 1997. Some of his assignments while at the police department included Internal Affairs, Intelligence Unit, and a member of the Pension and Labor Boards.

Mr. Vicente graduated from Valencia Community College with an Associates in Science degree in Criminal Justice as well as an Associates in Arts degree. In 1991, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Vicente is a graduate of the American International Institute of Polygraph, and he currently maintains memberships in several organizations, including the American Association of Police Polygraphists, The National Polygraph Association, the Florida Polygraph Association, and the American Polygraph Association.
