Mark Miller Biography

Appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis, Mark serves as chair of the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR). He is also a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) for the 19th Circuit of Florida and previously was a member of Florida’s Fourth DCA JNC.

Outside of his work for the FCHR, Mark directs litigation and policy for the Environment & Natural Resources practice group at Pacific Legal Foundation, a national non-profit law firm. Mark is a trustee of the Law Center Association for the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

A double Gator, he lives in South Florida with his wife, Mindy. They have four children and one grandchild.
