Employment Discrimination Complaints

Floridians are entitled by law to not be discriminated in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status


Any person aggrieved by an unlawful employment practice may file a complaint.

The complaint must be filed within 365 days after the alleged unlawful employment practice.

The Commission may refer your complaint to the EEOC for investigation , as applicable.
