NOTICE / AGENDA OF COMMISSION DELIBERATION TO TAKE COMMISSION ACTION ON THE BELOW-INDICATED CASES
A non-evidentiary deliberation will be held in the below-indicated cases at
10:00 a.m. ET, 9:00 a.m. CT, or as soon thereafter as can be heard on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
The deliberation will be conducted by means of Microsoft Teams. Parties (including the named parties in these cases and the public) wishing to attend should call, 850-270-6017, and when prompted to enter the phone conference I.D. 937 647 439 followed by the # key, at the appointed time. Commissioners participating in this deliberation will not be physically located at the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
ISSUES: The above-indicated Commission Panel will vote on the disposition of each of the below-indicated cases.
AUTHORITY: Sections 120.569, 120.57 and 760.01 to 760.37, Florida Statutes.

A court reporter will record the deliberation.
