NOTICE OF DELIBERATION HEARING
The Florida Commission on Human Relations announces a public hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Thursday, December 11, 2025, 10:00 a.m., ET.

PURPOSE: The Commission Panel will conduct a non-evidentiary deliberation hearing and vote on the disposition of the matters identified below. Neither the parties nor their representatives are required to attend this hearing. The petitioner in DOAH case number 25-3400 requested oral argument in accordance with Rule 60Y-4.028(3), Florida Administrative Code, and each party will have 15 minutes to present oral argument. No other requests for oral argument were accepted, so no other oral argument will be heard, and continuances will not be granted. Upon conclusion of the hearing, an order will be issued for each matter reflecting the vote of the Commission Panel.
